Sound Wave Knots

As a lover of all things fine, knot earrings are a dearly loved classic. Jewelry itself is an ancient art with designs following long standing traditions, and as a jeweler I love to take a known staple and put my own signature on it.

Hand-fabricated with solid 14K pink gold wrapped in fine 14K yellow gold wire, these merge my own roots of making jewelry with only fine wire and pliers with the advanced goldsmithing techniques I've acquired over the years. The pattern represents sound waves rendered in 3D form, and as a music lover I've always imagined what it could look like if sound were tangible. Here is my take.
